Returns & Exchanges Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control protocols, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for "change of mind," "buyer's remorse," or subjective dissatisfaction with the product. By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to this strict no-return policy, superseding any applicable local, state, or international consumer cooling-off periods to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Exceptions are strictly limited to products that arrive materially damaged or structurally defective due to transit. We reserve the sole and absolute right to determine whether a product meets the criteria for a damaged goods exception.
Strict Evidentiary Requirements for Damaged Goods
To mitigate fraudulent claims, any claim of a product arriving damaged or defective must be corroborated by strict video evidence.
MANDATORY: Unedited Unboxing Video
You are required to submit a clear, continuous, and unedited video recording showing the sealed shipping package being opened for the first time, immediately followed by a clear depiction of the alleged damage to the product. Failure to provide this continuous video evidence will result in the immediate and unequivocal denial of your claim. Photographic evidence alone is legally insufficient.
Claim Procedure
All damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp recorded by the courier. To initiate a claim, email our support team with your order number, a formal statement of defect, and the mandatory unedited unboxing video. Claims submitted outside this 48-hour window or lacking the requisite video evidence are automatically void.
Remedies
If your damage claim is validated and approved at our sole discretion, our liability is strictly limited to providing a direct replacement of the damaged unit. We do not issue monetary refunds. The replacement will be shipped upon our receipt and inspection of the defective unit (if return shipping is requested by our team).
